I'm an exceptional problem solver - it just took me years to realize it

Just when you're growing up, you think everyone could do the same as you were all similar, but actually you start to realize I could solve problems that other people couldn't.

connect the unconnected dots in a way quicker than other people so I see future trends, which has really helped me in life. Really good at reading, you know, trends, also pattern recognition of people's facial expressions and those sorts of things better than most people I've met. But that's so I think it's a gift, but, clearly, you know, I in one of my businesses, we had to put people's names and addresses into a database. I couldn't do that job. You wouldn't employ me. I'll be the last person in the world you want. Well, I've come to conclusion I'm an exceptional problem solver, and it's taken me a long time to realize that. Like, I thought it was more normal. Just when you're growing up, you think everyone could do the same as you were all similar, but actually you start to realize I could solve problems that other people couldn't. And I just have got some track record of doing it. Has it ever been something that you talk about in hiring processes?
