I think folks that join us self selected to be the ones that are really exciting about solving, yeah, hard technical problems that we have a lot, and as well as solving custom problem that can apply for real world. Right? And that can drive ROIs, and you can see the benefit. It's not just, we have a hammer and looking for nails and that type of thing. And I think that yeah. So once you have that group of people and then have that culture, so, of course, I mean, people love to solve hard problems, but, you know, it's in the context of, that can, you know, driving towards custom value and custom happiness.
