So I'm I'm pretty sure I hired at least the first 30 or so people in in in the company. And the answer is is is, first of all, you just have to you have to not compromise on on the right on the right fit, and there is no easy solution for that. I would say I probably interviewed a good, I don't maybe maybe twenty twenty to 30 people for every individual that I hired. And the only way to do that is your calendar, you know, at least for a few months. My calendar was just jam packed interviews every single, you know, every single day.
