Culture and quality of the talent that you have. If you have good people and the culture is one where everybody understands this is how we think about this, this is how we approach these types of situations, we talk about being calculated in how we take risks, not foolishly taking risks, being willing to take calculated risks though, and not being afraid of taking calculated risks, and that's a core part of our culture.
