Founder reveals how investor relationships can turn toxic despite legal protections

Even if the protections are there, I've gotten into raging fights with investors where I've had the right to do something that they seeded me that right in a negotiation years earlier, but they weren't happy with the state of things or whatever it is that we were arguing over, and the relationship turned toxic anyways.
