Right? So someone that's okay working in a remote environment using all remote tools and so on, and we've got this company wired extremely well for remote work, but it takes a certain individual to be able to fit into that environment. Right? So being a good cultural fit in that environment means they have to be a self starter, means they have to be okay working remotely and not going into offices, not seeing their colleagues an awful lot or what have you. So I think the answer is it depends, and culture is defined company by company.
