There are situations where, like, advisor like, if you're going into a very regulatory environment or if you're going into a government environment or selling to the military, having the right set of advisors around the table can be very valuable. But for 95% of the businesses, I think equity for advisors is actually usually a mistake. Okay.

So what would be sort of the worst case scenario? If you're looking at a cap table and there's just a whole bunch of advisors, a whole bunch of friends and family, and it's just when when people say they need to clean up their cap table, like, what are they referring to? Etseid?
