So we've gotta work out, is this the right chapter for this person's career based on what they know and what they want to achieve in that time frame? Can we deliver that to them? Or should they go a latest age company? Should they start a business? What does that look like? We will happily spend ten, twenty hours plus with a a candidate, properly yet to know them, only to decide we think you're amazing, but we don't think this is the exact right environment for you. We think this might be different. We might literally refer them to other companies, and it feels a bit weird. One thing I would say is that because we're so authentic in that approach, because we believe it's the right right way to do it, a lot of time people interview us. It doesn't work out the first time.
