How I use AI to manage my mental load and homeschool chaos
“So, you know, a quick example, is that I I was overwhelmed by how much crap we owned for like homeschooling and stuff, and I I was overwhelmed by pulling out like what to pull out.”
I take the things, in the progression of my normal day, the things that weigh on my mental load, and I try to pass that off. So, you know, a quick example, is that I I was overwhelmed by how much crap we owned for like homeschooling and stuff, and I I was overwhelmed by pulling out like what to pull out. So one day I realized that I took a bunch of photos, gave them to my open claw and made an inventory, and and so then it tells me what to put out. But but I think that this is a way of answering like, it works for me. So I think people are having this anxiety of it not working. I I am a JOMO person instead of a FOMO person. So I this is helpful for me, my mindset because, yes, there's times when my open claw is not working, but I don't freak out about that. But I go through my day anytime I hit a slow moment where my mental load is like maxed, I give that job to my open claw and try to automate it.
