There's so much meaning in those relationships. They're so they're so beautiful and complex because you play, you know, the relationship, it you're not you're not their boss. You're not their direct report. You're not their peer. You're not their friend. You're all of those things at different times. Right? You gotta figure out, when am I wearing this cap? When am I when am I wearing this cap? And when you go through an experience over a long enough time period and there's ups and downs in the company, you end up getting super close to these people. Mhmm. And you connect with them as a human in a way that I haven't connected with other people in the past. It's it's a way that it's just it is you're in the trenches with them, and their job is so lonely. And if you do your job right, you are their person.
