Yeah. Absolutely. First of all, thanks very much for having us, longtime fan of fan of the show. So, I guess the best way of describing the Startup Coalition is we're a lobby group for the tech startup ecosystem in The UK. So what does that mean in practice? It means that we spend, you know, all of our time doing two things. One is listening to founders and investors and the broader ecosystem of people about what they want from government and from public policy, and then trying to convince people in government and the people who have the levers of power on public policy in The UK to do those things. So broadly speaking, what does that mean? It tends to be in three buckets of policy. One is access to talent. So that's immigration policy and skills policy. The second is access to finance. So broadly speaking, that tends to be, you know, what's the state of the venture capital market and the levers that government can pull on that, whether it's tax incentives for investment or money through the BBB or things like that. But also things like r and d tax credits and and, you know, public r and d funding.

What they said next

So that sheer scale of growth that we've seen in terms of the capital being deployed into tech businesses in The UK is absolutely massive. And sometimes we forget that. The tone of the ecosystem and the vibe that we feel, especially at the moment actually, sometimes misses an element of that.
