One of the things that we've sort of noticed in the last year or so as markets have sort of contracted post interest rates rising, is that we're seeing a lot of sort of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives kinda lose steam or get cut or fall on sort of the boardroom floor.

Another one that I'm really excited about right now and actually have been investing actively behind is kind of this maturation reinvention of the capital markets. If you look at the way that both public markets and public equities have changed in the last decade, plus the private markets have changed in the last decade, it's been absolutely enormous.
